Naximum Auctions

Vehicle condition with clear accountability

Clear Inspections. Fair Dispute Resolution.

Every vehicle is inspected before auction. If the vehicle materially differs at handover, Naximum provides a structured reinspection and decision process.

Partner-performed inspections

Inspected by the business that submits the vehicle

The Auction Partner performs the original inspection and is responsible for its accuracy. Naximum provides standards, training and monitoring to support consistent reporting.

Partners may publish vehicles directly, but inaccurate inspections or rule violations can lead to restrictions or suspension.

Review before bidding

Use the complete report to make your decision

  • Review vehicle details and specifications.
  • Check photographs, condition ratings and inspector comments.
  • Review disclosed damage, repairs and mechanical or electrical findings.
  • Consider mileage, age and stated inspection limitations.

Used vehicle condition

A used car should be judged against comparable used cars

Some defects are minor and some assessments depend partly on professional opinion. A used vehicle cannot reasonably be expected to match new-vehicle condition.

The inspection should disclose defects that materially reduce the vehicle’s value compared with similar vehicles of the same age and mileage. Normal wear, minor differences and matters based mainly on preference are not normally dispute grounds.

Check at handover

Accept or reject before ownership transfer

Inspect the vehicle at pickup or delivery and compare it with the auction report. You must accept or reject the vehicle at that time.

Once accepted, visible condition issues that could reasonably have been identified at handover cannot be raised later.

What can be disputed

Material inspection differences only

A valid dispute concerns a material defect or condition that was not properly disclosed and that reasonably affects operation, safety or value compared with similar vehicles.

A change of mind, resale-price expectation, disclosed defect, normal age-related wear or minor subjective difference does not normally justify rejection.

Submit through the app

Record the exact claimed defects

Select each claimed inspection difference, explain why it is material and upload clear supporting photographs or videos. The vehicle must remain unchanged and available for reinspection.

Independent operational review

Naximum appoints the reinspector

Pickup disputes are normally reviewed immediately or on the same day. For delivery disputes, reinspection is normally completed within two Working Days after the vehicle reaches Naximum’s designated location.

The decision is normally issued on the same day as reinspection, or by the next Working Day if more evidence is required.

Clear outcomes

Cancellation, settlement or purchase completion

  • Claim Confirmed

The Purchase may be cancelled and the vehicle returned, or both parties may agree to a settlement. Applicable reinspection and return costs are charged to the Auction Partner.

  • Claim Not Confirmed

The Purchase remains binding. The Bidder must accept it and may be charged applicable administration, reinspection, delivery and storage costs.

Payment held until the vehicle is accepted and ownership is transferred

Payment protection

Funds remain controlled during the decision

Naximum does not release the vehicle proceeds while a valid handover dispute remains unresolved.

Approved refunds are initiated within two Working Days after the final cancellation decision.
