Auction capability for your business

Who can become an Auction Partner
An Auction Partner is a business that needs a professional auction capability but does not want to build and operate an auction platform independently.
Vehicle-buying companies, dealerships and trade-in operations seeking an organized dealer auction channel.
Rental, leasing and corporate fleets disposing of vehicles through a repeatable process.
Banks, finance providers and insurers managing eligible vehicle-disposal workflows.
Companies with recurring vehicle stock that can meet Naximum’s inspection and operating requirements.
Capability without the build cost
Building an auction platform requires significant software investment, operational effort and specialist knowledge. Naximum provides the technology, dealer access and transaction structure needed to launch more quickly.

Partner responsibilities
Partners can submit auctions without individual preapproval. Naximum may restrict or suspend access where inaccurate inspections or rule violations are detected.
Marketplace confidentiality
Auction Partners cannot access Naximum’s dealer list or see Bidder identities during bidding. Dealers cannot see the Auction Partner or seller identity during the auction.
The partner must remove company names, logos, contact details, customer information and any other identifying material from inspection reports, photographs, notes, documents and attachments.
Information may be shared only where legally or operationally required to complete a confirmed transaction.
How partnership works
Subscribe to the minimum required Naximum modules for vehicle inspection and auction operations.
Receive operational and inspection-standard training.
Inspect vehicles and submit auctions directly through the Naximum system.
Dealers review information and bid through Naximum Auctions.
Accept or reject eligible auction results within the configured period.
Naximum creates the Purchase, collects payment and coordinates completion.
The legal owner transfers the vehicle directly to the purchasing dealer.
Naximum deducts its agreed success fee and settles the remaining proceeds under the selected transaction model.
Transaction options
The partner first purchases the vehicle from the original seller and registers it under the partner’s name. Naximum deals only with the partner as the legal owner. Ownership transfers from the partner directly to the dealer, and the net proceeds are paid to the partner.
With the partner’s authorization, the seller’s required data is securely copied to Naximum. Naximum coordinates payment and ownership transfer directly with the seller, deducts the partner’s defined commission and pays that commission separately to the partner.
Success-based pricing
Naximum Auctions charges a success fee only when a vehicle purchase and ownership transfer are completed.
The fee is calculated as an agreed percentage of the final vehicle price, subject to an agreed minimum amount, and is deducted from the transaction proceeds.
Responsible auction use
After a partner completes at least 10 auctions in a month, Naximum reviews the percentage that resulted in completed purchases.
Partners must maintain a minimum monthly completed-purchase rate of 10%. If performance falls below this requirement, additional auction charges or account restrictions may apply under the Partner Agreement.
