Naximum operates between the dealer and the vehicle source. We do not buy vehicles, own auction stock or compete with dealers.
Partner and Bidder identities remain protected during bidding, while Naximum coordinates the transaction and releases funds only after vehicle acceptance and completed ownership transfer.
Inspect before you bid
Vehicle information built for trade decisions
Every vehicle must have a partner-prepared inspection before auction. Review the report, photographs, mileage, specifications, disclosed repairs and condition notes before submitting a bid.
Inspections are assessed in the context of a used vehicle’s age and mileage. Material undisclosed differences can be raised through Naximum’s handover dispute process.
Transparent bidding
See the current highest bid
Naximum uses open ascending auctions. Activated Bidders see the current highest bid and may continue bidding until the auction closes, including any configured auto-extension period.
Bidder identities are not displayed. Every submitted bid is binding because Naximum may proceed to a lower Bidder if a higher Bidder defaults.

Bidder eligibility
Register first, then activate bidding
Anyone may register in the app. To bid, upgrade to Bidder and submit your Emirates ID as an individual trader or your trade licence as a company.
A security deposit may be required before bidding depending on the Bidder profile. Where a deposit applies, the available deposit determines the maximum bid permitted on each individual auction.
No buyer commission
Pay the winning bid only
Naximum does not add a buyer commission to the winning bid. Applicable government ownership-transfer charges, optional delivery charges and event-based charges remain separate.
